The family’s counsel would bring up the matter before the Chief Justice of India, a person close to the family earlier today informed NDTV. A second autopsy was ordered yesterday by the Madras High Court, but the parents’ desire to have a particular doctor on the medical panel was denied.
The youngster is said to have jumped off the third story of her hostel on July 13 at the campus of the private residential school in Kallakurichi, around 260 kilometers from Chennai. According to the police, a note discovered in her room claimed that she was failing numerous classes and that her teachers had treated her badly.
The girl’s family claims that the teachers bullied her mentally. Additionally, they believe that a bloodied palm mark on a wall close to where she was discovered dead indicates a violent altercation. The principal, the secretary, and the correspondent, along with two teachers, were all detained by the police.
The father of the girl’s daughter’s attorney argued the case in the highest court, saying, “Violence is prevalent in the state.

On Sunday, demonstrators went on rampage, vandalized classrooms, and set fire to school buses as a peaceful demonstration outside the school’s campus descended into violence. Police have been tasked by the high court to prosecute the rioters harshly. For rioting, police have detained almost 300 individuals.
