    “This is not the OLA Future Factory; it is a service centre with a lot of defective scooters,” the post reads. With banners, customers have begun protesting in front of the service centre. A picture of an Ola S1 Pro electric scooter parked in front of the Ola Electric service centre can be seen below this post.Ola initially had no plans to build a physical service centre or showroom when they introduced the scooters to the market. However, they started opening experience centres across the nation as soon as they started delivering automobiles and customers started complaining about the absence of a suitable servicing facility. Additionally, this would enable customers to examine the car more closely before buying it.

    Owner of an ola scooter objecting In one instance, the scooter owner from Ola parked his vehicle in front of the service facility for six days. Since then, he hasn’t heard from the Ola service centre and hasn’t heard anything about the scooter he left at the shop. His scooter has a problem in that it abruptly shuts off when the battery reaches 20%.

    The scooter has been in use by him for a whole year. Additionally, he states that the service centre has not called him since.

    The scooter is parked in front of the servicing centre with other damaged scooters, according to the post. This is not the first report of its kind we have run across. Other Ola scooter users have shared their negative experiences underneath this post. In accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), Ola replied to them and requested more information.

    Even one of the clients called Ola a phoney business. The electric scooter has experienced various problems since its introduction. Even some of the first batch of scooters caught fire. The scooter has also experienced several firmware problems. The scooter would frequently go into reverse gear on its own and never switch back to neutral. The breakdown of one-sided agreements was another problem.
