Redmi Note 12 Pro, a Chinese smartphone company, is performing well in the smartphone industry. After momentarily losing the top rank in India to Samsung, the corporation recently reclaimed it. Recently, a brand-new smartphone from the firm surfaced on GeekBench. Yesterday, the Redmi Note 12 Pro (22101316C) became available for benchmarking on Geekbench 5. This smartphone has 6GB of RAM and a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor. A single-core running score of 767 is displayed for the Dimensity 1080 in Geekbench 5. A multi-core running score of 2008 is also present. Its performance is comparable to the Dimensity 920 in terms of comparison.
ALMOST EXACTLY DIMENSION 920, DIMENSITY 1080
On October 11, MediaTek Dimensity 1080 became available. It is produced using the 6nm technology from TSMC. The CPU on this chip has eight cores. It contains two 2.6GHz ARM Cortex-A78 cores in total. Additionally, it has 6 ARM Cortex-A55 cores with a maximum frequency of 2GHz. Additionally, the MediaTek Dimensity 920 has two 2.5GHz ARM Cortex-A78 CPUs. Additionally, it has six 2GHz ARM Cortex-A55 processors. The Dimensity 1080 is actually just a slightly overclocked variant of the Dimensity 920, based on the specifications listed on paper. Of course, there won’t be much of a performance difference.
Two generations every year of iterative development are introduced by the Xiaomi Redmi Note series. In the first part of the year, the Redmi Note 11T series places a greater emphasis on performance. The Redmi Note 12 series will, however, put an emphasis on “experience” in the second half of the year. The Redmi Note 12 Pro’s main camera is a Sony IMX766 outsole model with 1/1.56″ outsole and 2 m fusion big pixels. Also supported by this chip is optical image stabilisation (OIS). The Redmi Note 12 is anticipated to come with a 67W charger for charging purposes. The Pro and Pro Max models, however, will offer fast charging at 120W and 210W, respectively.
