Leaked Kawasaki W175 Brochure Before Indian Launch

Kawasaki India is getting ready to return to vintage and classic motorcycles with the prospective release of the W175, and futuristic prototypes are on exhibit. According to Kawasaki’s ‘Block Your Date’ invitation for September 25 and the leaked brochure, it is almost probably the company’s upcoming product. To keep costs down, they might produce it in India.

As we frequently seen test mules in India around 2020, the Kawasaki W175 was intended to be released long ago, but everyone assumed it had been put off indefinitely. Currently, Kawasaki has popularity in India for its multi-cylinder engines, and the company has a history of working with Bajaj to sell affordable commuter cars like the Boxer.

However, the W175 will enter the high-end commuter market and be offered in places like Indonesia. In Indonesia, W175 has recently received an upgrade. It is available in the TR (scrambler), TRSE (roadster), and Cafe Racer versions. In India, there will be just one regular model and two colour choices: Ebony and Special Edition Red.

An analogue speedometer, odometer, trip metre, halogen headlight, halogen turn indicators, and taillights are features we anticipate the India-built Kawasaki W175 to have. Perhaps it will have spoked wheels, a sleek, simplistic look, and fewer body panels.

The Kawasaki W175 has a 177cc single-cylinder motor. It has a 5-speed gearbox and an air-cooled motor that cranks out about 13 horsepower at 7,500 RPM and 13.2 Nm at 6,000 RPM. The Kawasaki W175 has a double-cradle chassis, a conventional 110mm-travel telescopic suspension up front, and dual shock absorbers in the back. Only the front disc brakes and the rear drum brakes are equipped with braking equipment.
