Since its launch in July, Nothing Phone (1) has generated both positive and negative press. In the first part of 2023, Phone (1) will receive the Android 13 update, according to a recent report.

Nothing, according to Pei, does not intend to hurriedly release updates at the expense of user experience.
He added that the business had already made three upgrades for the Phone (1) within a month of its debut in order to enhance user experience and address concerns with the camera, battery life, and other features based on input from previous users.

Remember that Nothing guaranteed that Phone (1) would receive four years of security upgrades and three significant Android OS updates. The phone will get its first significant update with Android 13 when it is released. Additionally, it will experience Android 14 and 15 before the company decides to stop supporting it.

The corporation claims that increased input prices and fluctuating foreign exchange rates are the primary causes of the price increase. The base edition of the Nothing Phone (1) now costs Rs. 33,999 and comes with 8GB of memory and 128GB of storage.
