On August 10, 2022, the long-awaited new Hyundai Tucson will finally go on sale in the nation. By paying a nominal fee of Rs 50,000, it can be reserved online or at a Hyundai shop with authorization. The new Tucson SUV, which is slated to be Hyundai’s flagship vehicle, has a number of market-leading features and innovations. It’ll compete with vehicles like the Jeep Compass and Citroen C5 Air cross.
The 2.0-liter 4-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine and the new 2.0-liter VGT turbo-diesel will both be available for the 2019 Hyundai Tucson. The latter generates 186PS and 416Nm of torque, while the former is capable of 156PS and 192Nm. There are two automatic transmission options: a 6-speed petrol and an 8-speed diesel. The brand-new Hyundai Tucson has an all-wheel drive (AWD) system with HTRAC as well as three different multi-terrain modes: snow, mud, and sand.
The 2022 Hyundai Tucson is 150mm longer, 15mm wider, 5mm taller, and has an 85mm longer wheelbase than the previous generation. Six airbags, front and rear parking sensors, ESC, hill descent control, HAC, all-disc brakes, and a blind-spot vision monitor are among the safety features. The SUV also includes 16 features for ADAS.
