According to a synopsis on Clinicaltrials.gov, the US government’s registration for clinical trials, the study started on June 9 and is expected to be finished by November 1, 2023. Twenty patients over the age of 18 are now needed for the Phase 1 stage trial to examine the “US-FDA controlled Drug Product.”
Additionally, an Amazon spokesperson told Business Insider that the study was true. The official explained in an email that Amazon was working with Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center to study and develop a personalized treatment for specific types of cancer, and that Amazon was bringing scientific and machine learning skills to the cooperation.
