    New EVeium Electric Scooters Launch

The EVeium electric-scooters range starts at Rs. 1.44 lakh and goes up to Rs. 2.16 lakh (ex-showroom), and bookings begin on August 8 for Rs. 999.

EVeium is an EV scooter startup brand that is a subsidiary brand of Elysium Automotives, the Auto branch of META4 Group, based in the United Arab Emirates. They have introduced three new electric scooters in India, where sales of electric two-wheelers are increasing.
The pricing of EVeium starts with Rs. 1.44 lakh (ex-sh) and goes up to Rs. 2.14 lakh (ex-sh).

The EV startup has not yet specified where it gets its EV components. According to a government investigation, some firms get their EV components from China. These are not intended for India and are made with low-quality components, posing EV fire hazards.

Cosmo Electric Scooter Price Rs. 1.44 lakh (ex-sh)

    EVeium Electric Scooters

EVeium Cosmo does not tolerate harsh lines, cuts, or folds, which works in its Favour. It is a step-through scooter with a flat footboard for added convenience. It also has a front disc brake. Cosmo has a top speed of 65 kph and a range of 80 kilometers on a single charge.
Cosmo is outfitted with a 72V and 30ah Li-ion battery, translating to a 2.16 kWh battery from EVeium. Cosmo has a 2,000W (2.72 horsepower) motor and is available in Bright Black, Cherry Red, Lemon Yellow, White, Blue, and grey colors.

Comet Electric Scooter Price Rs. 1.92 lakh (ex-sh)

EVeium Comet appears to be cleaner than Cosmo right away. Comet appears to ride on larger wheels and uses the same disc as Cosmo. It also has a retro appearance. Comet has a top speed of 85 kph and a range of 150 kilometers on a single charge.

EVeium has outfitted Comet with a larger 72V and 50ah Li-ion battery, equating to 3.6 kWh. Comet has a 3,000W (4.02 horsepower) motor and is available in Shiny Black, Matt Black, Wine Red, White, Royal Blue, and Beige colors.

    Czar – Rs. 2.14 lakh (ex-sh)

Czar has an 85 kph peak speed and the same 150 km range as the Comet, but with a smaller 3.02 kWh Li-ion battery. Comet also receives a 4,000W (5.36 bhp) motor that will consume more battery power.

Despite the smaller battery and powerful motor, the range remains at 150 km, which is unusual. In terms of design, it has a lot more retro vibes than Comet and comes in a full monotone hue selection of Glossy Black, Matt Black, Glossy Red, Light Blue, Mint Green, and White.

Multiple Speed Modes (Eco, Normal, and Sport), keyless Start, anti-theft, LCD Display, regenerative braking, smartphone connectivity, find my vehicle, over-speed Alert, geofencing, and other features are standard on EVeium electric scooters. The reverse drive option is only available on the Comet and Czar models.

EVeium, a startup brand, promises that all models can be fully charged in 4 hours, however no charging wattage is stated.
Furthermore, charging time is the same for all models (4 hours), which should have been reduced for Czar and Cosmos with smaller batteries.

With the Government’s FAME II initiative, the prices quoted by EVeium can be decreased even further. E-scooters are being produced by mainstream manufacturers such as Bajaj and TVS, while well-established startups such as Ola, Ather, Ampere, and Okinawa are catching up.

Among the aforementioned brands and others, we must see how EVeium fared, considering all of its competitors cost substantially less and offer significantly more.
