As predicted, Nubia has unveiled its new premium gaming smartphones, the Red Magic 7S and Red Magic 7S Pro, in China. The most recent Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor powers both devices, which also have Nubia’s patented cooling technology with a built-in turbofan, a refresh rate of up to 165Hz, and a 960 Hz touch sampling rate. There is under-display camera technology in the REDMAGIC 7S Pro.
These contain an integrated independent gaming chip called “Red Core 1” that enhances shoulder keys, vibrations, game lighting effects, and sound effects.
The REDMAGIC 7S Pro uses under-display camera (UDC) technology, which features wave-shaped electrode wiring and a pixel layout like a tripod. These have shoulder triggers with 520Hz touch sampling to offer quick response times as low as 7.4ms.
The phones have a brand-new cooling system called ICE 10.0. According to the manufacturer, the ICE 10.0 cooling system manages to lower the temperature by 3°C. It has a nine-layer cooling structure and is the first gaming smartphone with a cooling material area of up to 43525mm2 and a 4124mm2 super big VC cooling plate.
